REPORT A CONCERN

Customers, partners, employees, and members of the public can report security, confidentiality, integrity, or availability concerns, along with any other complaint.

You can report:

  • Security incidents or suspected vulnerabilities
  • Unauthorized access to or disclosure of information
  • Privacy or confidentiality concerns
  • Service outages or availability problems
  • Data that is incorrect, altered, or missing
  • Complaints or ethics concerns

How to report:

Choose the matching reason in the contact form, or email [email protected]. Tell us what happened, when it happened, and which systems or services are affected. Please do not include passwords or other sensitive information.
  • ConfidentialOnly authorized BEDROC personnel review reports. We share them only as needed to investigate and resolve the issue.
